Eagle Terrace
Eagle Terrace is located on the East side of the Bow Valley, between Cougar Creek and Silver Tip. The neighbourhood is located high above the town centre, receiving a lot of sunshine throughout the year, and has easy access to excellent cycling and running routes.
Eagle Terrace mostly consists of large, high-end single-family homes, duplex units and townhomes.
Prospect
The residences on the south bank of the Bow River are some of Canmore's biggest. This lovely area is located near Hospital Hill, which was named due to the previous hospital that was built in the 1940s by Canmore Mines Ltd.
