How our Canadian immigration services work

Our Canadian immigration services follow one principle whatever route you need: honest, structured and transparent. The work is carried out by a licensed RCIC regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), so every Express Entry profile, Alberta AAIP nomination, spousal sponsorship file and Super Visa application is prepared by a professional who is authorised to represent you with IRCC. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and what comes next.

A licensed RCIC is the only consultant lawfully permitted to give paid Canadian immigration advice and represent you before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Wild Mountain Immigration is a CICC-regulated practice, and our flagship strengths are the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) and spousal and partner sponsorship. Before you spend a dollar, you can check your standing with our free CRS and AAIP points calculators.

Which Canadian immigration services are right for you

Choosing between Express Entry, the Alberta AAIP, a provincial nominee program, a work permit or a study permit often comes down to details most people cannot see from the outside, and frequently more than one pathway is open to you. That is the point of a consultation: a licensed RCIC reads your full picture and recommends the route with the best realistic chance, then quotes a clear, fixed fee. You can see exactly how pricing works on our fees page, or learn more about our CICC-regulated practice. Whatever you need, our Canadian immigration services give you straight answers and complete, careful work from a consultant who is accountable for the outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Which immigration services do you offer?

We cover the full range of Canadian immigration outside Quebec: Express Entry, the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), provincial nominee programs across the country, family and spousal sponsorship, Super Visas, work permits (including LMIA-based, open, bridging, IEC and intra-company), study permits, and Canadian citizenship. We do not provide tribunal, appeal or refugee representation, but we will tell you honestly if your situation needs that kind of help.

Do you offer services in person or only online?

All of our services are delivered online, by video call, phone and secure document sharing. Canadian immigration is handled with IRCC online, so working remotely makes no difference to the quality of your representation. We are based in Canmore, Alberta and work with clients across the Bow Valley, Calgary, all of Alberta, Canada and worldwide.

How do I choose the right service for my situation?

You do not have to work it out alone. Tell us your goals and background through our contact page, and we assess which program and service tier fits, then recommend the right route. Often there is more than one pathway, and our job is to find the one that gives you the best realistic chance.

What is the difference between File Management and File Review?

File Management is our full service: we prepare and submit your entire application and represent you with IRCC from start to finish. File Review is a lower-cost option where you prepare your own application and our RCIC reviews it for errors and missed opportunities before you submit. Both are delivered by the same licensed RCIC practice.

What is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)?

An RCIC is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). An RCIC is authorised to give paid Canadian immigration advice and represent you with IRCC. Wild Mountain Immigration is a CICC-regulated practice operating under licence #R706497, so your file is handled by an accountable professional.

Do you offer Express Entry and Alberta AAIP help?

Yes. Express Entry and the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) are both core Canadian immigration services we provide. For Express Entry we build your strongest CRS profile across the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker and Trades. The AAIP is our home-turf specialty, covering its Opportunity, Express Entry, Rural Renewal, Health Care and Tech streams.

Can you help with spousal and family sponsorship?

Yes, family sponsorship is our flagship strength. We handle spousal and partner sponsorship, dependent children, parents and grandparents, and the Super Visa. As with every service, you can choose full File Management, where we prepare and submit everything and represent you with IRCC, or a lower-cost File Review of an application you prepare yourself.

Do you handle provincial nominee programs outside Alberta?

Yes. Beyond the Alberta AAIP, our Canadian immigration services cover every provincial nominee program outside Quebec, from the BC PNP and Saskatchewan SINP to Ontario, the Atlantic provinces and the territories. Tell us your goals through our contact page and we will assess which program and stream gives you the best realistic pathway to permanent residence.

How much do your Canadian immigration services cost?

Every service is quoted with fixed-scope, transparent fees written up front, so there are no surprises. File Management is our full-service tier, while File Review is a lower-cost option for clients filing their own application. You can see exactly how our pricing works on our fees page before you commit to anything.

Nicola went above and beyond to assist me with my PR application. She was always readily available to answer questions and give advice, and it made the whole process so much easier. I would 100% recommend Wild Mountain Immigration if you are looking to apply for any visas or for permanent residency in Canada.

Nicola is amazing. She is very knowledgeable in spousal sponsorship and PR. She is a great listener and stays updated with the changes. After consulting with her, all my doubts were clarified. I highly recommend Wild Mountain Immigration for your immigration needs.

I came to Nicola when things were toughest, out of status with expired paperwork. She calmed me down and walked me through everything, the work permit, then the PNP, then PR. She always kept me updated and answered every question, no matter how small. After a few months I had my work permit, my nomination and my invitation to apply for PR. More than worthy, her work and the price are well deserved.
