Specialised knowledge is scrutinised closely

Being a skilled or senior employee is not enough. IRCC expects genuinely specialised knowledge: proprietary, unusual in the industry, and built through significant experience with the company. It also generally expects the Canadian role to be paid at the prevailing wage. This is the ICT category refused most often, so the evidence has to be precise.

Who is eligible for an intra-company transfer?
